Android App Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Desher TV USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Desher TV USA Android application (“App”) distributed through the Google Play Store.

The App is designed to provide access to the Desher TV USA live video stream. The App does not require account registration and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

1. Information We Collect

A) Information you provide voluntarily

The App does not require account registration. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message so that we can respond to your request.

B) Limited technical information processed during streaming

When you access the live stream, limited technical information such as your IP address and basic server request logs may be processed by our streaming hosting provider as necessary to deliver the video stream, maintain service reliability, and protect the service against abuse.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or tracking users across apps or websites.

C) Information we do NOT collect through the App

• We do not collect your name, address, or payment information through the App
• We do not collect advertising identifiers, Android Device IDs, or hardware identifiers
• We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, call logs, SMS, or device storage
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs
• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs such as Firebase Analytics or Mixpanel
• We do not collect viewing history, buffering history, or stream-quality metrics for profiling
• We do not track you across other apps or websites

2. How We Use Information

Limited information may be processed only to:

• Deliver and maintain the live-streaming service
• Maintain service reliability
• Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access
• Respond to support and privacy-related requests
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party hosting infrastructure to deliver the live video stream.

• Streaming hosting provider: The streaming hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and basic server request logs, only as necessary to deliver and secure the live-streaming service. The provider’s privacy policy is available at serverroom.net/privacy-policy-us.
• Google Play: Google may independently process information associated with downloading, installing, and updating the App according to Google’s Privacy Policy. This processing is controlled by Google and is separate from the App.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, a valid court order, or a lawful government request.

No third-party advertising networks or analytics SDKs are integrated into the App.

4. Android Permissions

The App requests only permissions required for its functionality:

• INTERNET — Required to load and stream live video content.
• WAKE_LOCK — Helps keep the device screen active while a live stream is playing.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Allows the App and its playback components to check network connectivity and improve playback reliability.

The App does not request permissions for camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS, or device storage.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Support emails: Retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request.
• Technical server logs: If retained by the hosting infrastructure, logs are kept only for service reliability, troubleshooting, security, and applicable legal requirements, and are deleted or anonymized according to the applicable server-retention configuration.

YOUR RIGHT TO DELETION:
To submit a privacy-related request, email us at info@deshertvusa.tv with the subject line “Data Deletion Request — Desher TV USA”. We will review and respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. Where information can be reasonably identified and deletion is legally and technically possible, we will process the deletion request accordingly.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information:

• The App is configured to use encrypted HTTPS/TLS endpoints for live-stream delivery
• Access to service infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel
• The App may store limited non-sensitive preferences locally on your device
• The App does not store sensitive personal information on your device

No method of internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
